Why is it that when Ken Lay makes a few donations to charity, we Americans see past that and realize that he was a crook who needed to be punished....yet the Lebanese get fooled by Hezbollah's charitable works and give it a blank check to commit terrorism and bring a horrible war on them?

For those Lebanese that supported Hez's victory over Israel, how can you simultaneously claim that you are innocent victims? The hypocrisy!

And why is it when warren buffett donates billions to bill gates, the only man in the world richer than him, we say he's such a generous person, but we don't question how anyone could possibly earn 30 billion dollars.
In order for someone to get _that_ much money in as short as a lifetime, you've gotta be screwing over a lot of people.
As for why the lebanese are fooled? Let's look at it from their point of view. It was because of Hezbollah that Israel withdrew in 2000, after 18 years. Don't forget that Israel still has thousands of prisoners in its jails (including women and children), not charged, no trial. How would you feel if one of your relatives was held without trial, and Hezbollah, the resistance force that got an occupying army to withdraw, kidnapped two soldiers in order to try and free some of the prisoners? And then that occupying army responded by killing hundreds of civilians and invading your territory _again_, and destroying large swaths of your country. The resistance fights them again, despite being outnumbered, outgunned, and having no air support. By the way, your relative is still in jail. Who would you vote for?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying hezbollah is right, but it is very important to see issues from all perspectives.

This how the lebanese think, no one asked you to tell the Lebanese if Hizbullah was fooling them or not!
You support Israel its up to you, the Lebanese support Hizbullah because its from them.Its 's also up to them!
If your family was killed by Israeli fire would you blame Hizbullah for firing back on Israel? I don't think so
And how do you claim Hizbullah is terrorist? they only fight in wars! They are warriors not terrorists.Saying they kill cicvilians well Israel is the one who started killing civilians by F16 and internationally forbidden weapons.
Why do you give me the feeling that Lebanese blood is cheeper than Israeli blood ?
Israel has killed more than 1200 civilians in Lebanon in one month doesn't this make them terrorists if you think Hizbullah are terrorists because they kill civilans too?

because they would rather pay hizbollah for defense than allow their country to be illegally occupied by israel which would leave the lebanese in the same situation as the palestinians ie SCREWED.
