Despite what Steve R says, the month of July was NOT the hottest July in the USA. That occurred in the late 1930's. So what happened in the intervening 70 years? Was it cooling or warming?

It's snowed in South Africa for the first time in over 20 years. Does that sound like global warming?

How about just taking isolated facts and throwing them around like they prove something when it's obvious to anyone with even half a brain, that not every fact conclusively proves or disproves what the overall climatic shift is doing.

Do observations over 100 years make a climatic shift in an ever changing cycle that has been up and down for 4.5 billion years?

Should the fact that temperatures are recorded in and around Airports and Major cities (i.e., all heat islands) and with thermometers that can record to the 100th degree influence your opinion on whether the temperature has really increased since 150 years ago when the temperatures were measured visually and recorded to 1 degree by human observers not located in concrete heat islands?

Pay attention to the facts -- not the hot air, pseudo science spouting politicians!!

Most severe storms start mid to late August. And yeah, global warming is all made up just to upset people. There's nothing we are doing to harm our planet. Just 'cause death rates from heat hit new record levels this summer in Europe and the US, and the planet had the warmest July on record, guess that's just liberal stuff made up to make Bush look bad. Keep believing the Fox news channel. They will never steer you wrong. No spin zone, remember?

Some of us down here on the Coast are still recovering from last year, let us not ask this question but be thankful for the reprieve.
