What is Calabasas, CA like? Ghetto? Nice?

I am going to calabasas, CA in a few weeks, I am staying at the hilton garden inn. How nice is the area? What it is like? Where are the best beaches nearby?

Calabasas is nice - I would say middle class/upper middle class area. It's not a cheap place to live. The closest beaches would probably be Malibu/Zuma beaches.

but beach its far you might go to malibu o san pedro
