If you didn't have a TV what would you do with your time?
I didn't have a TV for 2 years when I was going to school and working full time. I spent that time on pursuing my schooling and didn't miss the TV at all or even think about it. I was so busy, that when I had a moment to myself I wasn't thinking about TV I spent all of my time in the park or with my dogs.
Now I am not taking classes and I find that I am not using my time very wisely. I spend at least 2-3 hours with the TV on...even if I am not watching it.
Did you ever see the bumper sticker that says Kill Your TV? I think I am going to do it tonight...right after my favorite show.LOL

Summer time, almost never, maybe 1hr, if at all. Winter 2-3 hrs. a day, again if at all. I don't have cable and that's why. If I did I'd probably be watching it all the time.

I don't watch television very much. If I'm over at a friend or relatives home and they are into something on the box I'll pretend to watch too; but I'm usually thinking of something else. If there was no television to watch I think I'd enjoy more two sided conversation, and it would be nice that the conversations would be about something other than television programs. I must make exception to hockey games however, that's not the same thing of course. Watching hockey is more of a spiritual transcending. If I didn't have a T.V. for watching "The Game" I'd buy tickets to see it played live. Hey! Want to go to a game? Or maybe just watch one on T.V.?

I hardly ever watch TV. If I do, it is usually long enough to watch the local news. I would say I MIGHT watch approx. 5 hours of TV a week if that. I would rather have my radio if anything at all.

Since I woke up it's been 3 hours and most of the time I don't even watch was on the t.v is just on for no reason.

If I didn't have a TV I'd find other ways to occupy my time. I'd probably be more focused on things that matters but sometimes it's good to have a TV break. I spend a few hours each day watching TV.

Same here! When I used to be very busy, for like 2,3 years, I never watched it! Now i spend a lot of my time watching TV.
