This is how u can do a search for the person u r looking for.
Type in the address bar http://profiles.yahoo.com/abcd where abcd is the user id. U will be able to find the person's profile available with yahoo.

Please click the above link. There u will find "Find People" There u will find a search box. Click the arrow of the box, out of drop down menu select yahoo ID, enter the yahoo id in the search box , click Find People now. Yahoo will display the info about that person whatever has been provided to yahoo.

buddy .. first of All .. tell us full question ..exactly .. u are saying ,,that . u wan to search an old friend net .. do u have his/her id .. or .. what ?
itz on ur luck ,, you can find him/her .. but only 2% changces are there .. cause might be he/she has changed ids or contact.. ids ... u just write him /her a e-mail if u will be lucky u will get reply back.. or just search on yahoo or .. msn with same name or nick name ..people usauly changed nick name on yahoo or msn.... best of luck .. no more idea

o well go on 2 namesdatabase.com they have like stuff like that n whoremembersme.com they do 2 i found a bunch of my old friends on there

I would do a basic search. Sometimes you may find a little piece of info on them from a newspaper or from a website. Then if you do find something, futher investigate.
