pentiums or AMD's, which do you prefer and why,
what do people think of celeron M, or D or centrinos, Pentium 4's Pentium D's, AMD Athlons 64, turions64, just information tell me stuff interesting and compare these, i know theres plenty of different types of these but vagually what does everyone think,

intel came out with xeon quad core.... basically two dual cores..its kinda expensive but its fast as s--t.

At the moment out of the two major new chips Core 2 Duo from Intel is beating AMD's AM2 range. Personally im a amd fan but with the launch of the new C2D range my money will be heading Intels way. A point to note though is if you are planning to overclock these chips it may be worth investigating the motherboards closely as Nvidia are about to launch some interesting boards. Also bear in mind both new processors are using DDR2 memory and certain boards will only support a particular speed of ram so look closely before parting with your money

Wait for intel's core 2 duo procesor. there supposedly the best in the world. they are replacing the pentium 4 line

I have toshiba a60 for 20 months pentium4 no problems so far very reliable

AMD.....Cheap and reliable ,but intel conroe might just sway it for me now:))
