I've always avoided this form of contraception as I thought it would be a bit crap as you still ovulate. Are there any people out there who use it regularly and has it worked for you?

PS I don't smoke or take drugs. I'm only 25 so the nurse says it could be that it could be genetic as there's a hisory of heart problems in my family. Probably don't chill out enough though and to be honest this worry doesn't help!

if u have blood pressure problems maybe u should stop smoking, or try very hard to calm urself and practice alot of it. Also smoking weed, or being addicted 2 drugs will hurt ur blood pressure, cus when ur not hi, u will be tense and ur blood pressure will be low and ur heart will beat more often

Mini Pill?...

Well the Pill, does prevent the egg from releasing the olvaries. but you will still get your Menstration, which is the period part.

you have to watch closely if you go on any form of birth control pill and have blood pressure problems some side effects of the pill are blood clots and your heart could race i would do more reasearch first before asking your dr, to prescribe this for you

Why not just try a udi? or a civical cap or something? Or something that doesnt use synthetic estorgen, like yasmin.

I dont like synthetic hormones, theyre never any good. But there are other options...
