Both in price and quality, of course. The best host for me would have to have PHP support, cPanel and a mySQL server.

You can host as many domains on one account as you want for no extra charge, and all domain name registrations include private registration (which I recommend so your personal info is kept out of WHOIS) for less than $10/name. There's even a 10% discount code you can use when you sign up that I used: SUPER8. They support PHP4 and 5, cPanel and mySQL.
