Just to clarify by pop i dont mean like in an air plane i mean like an actual sound poping

Hi. I'm an Audiologist.

It is possible that if the was is fully occluding in your ear, and then you move your jaw in such a way as to dislodge it, you could hear popping or crackling sounds. If that is accompanied by a change in pressure, it could lead to some ringing (tinnitus).

However, there are other possible causes, so the best way to know what's going on is to have an experienced professional look in your ear. Your family doctor may or may not be comfortable removing wax build-up, but if your insurance requires a referral, you need to start there anyway. If you have any prolonged hearing loss, tinnitus, spinning dizziness (vertigo), pain or fever, then a visit to an ear specialist (otolaryngologist) is recommended.

its possible. Go have them flushed. Its a grand experience. My husband had his done and a chunk of wax the size of a piece of dog kibble came out of his ear.
