white eyeliner, especially in the inner corner and lower waterlid. Never use dark eyeliners, they will make your eyes look even smaller. Use light eyeliners. Also, you can go to Macy's, to the make up department, they will professionally apply make up on you the right way for free and teach you how to do that. You don't have to buy anything from them for that, but it is better to buy there so you know you are getting the right stuff. "Sephora" stores do the same thing also.

Apply eyeliner to outer rim of eye: Pull lid taunt with free hand, draw across in one continuous thin line. Retrace for larger lines. Apply eyeliner as close as possible to (and even into) the lashes. To avoid the white line you get when liner and lashes don't connect. Larger lines help make the eyes look bigger.
Apply a think dark shade of eyeshow to bottom outer rim of eye.

First use a crap load of mascara.
i personally can't stand mascara. so i only put on about 1 really thin coat.
use white eyeliner on the bottom rim of your eye.
then use a dark color eyeliner above your eyes. look straight ahead and start the line wear your pupil starts and bring it to the outside.
black tends to look unnatural so try charcoal or brown.
smudge a little eyeliner near the bottom outside corner too.
All of this can seem a bit dramatic for everyday use. so if you're wearing just a t-shirt, or your feeling lazy. try just the dark eyeliner by itself. or just mascara. which ever you're better at.

apply shadow, mascara, and eyeliner and when you're putting on eyeliner, on the top, take the line a little of you're eyelid so it's on the side of your eye but only do like 1/2 centimeter off your eye. Sorry if this doesn't make sense.

Use eye liner on the bottom of your eye it makes your eyes look bigger. when eyeliner is used on the top it closes your eyes more so they look smaller. eye shadows work great too.

i use LIGHT colors cuz they really make ur eyes brighten up!!! i use a pearl shadow on the part between the crease and the lashes and a medium brown just above the crease so that they look deeper and bigger. then i blend it with a light shimmery champagne color. it looks natural and i really like it!!

well try outlining them with some mascara and , and if needed get lancome art liner on the top of your lids and make sure to ask your lancome lady how to apply it because it gets hard to use so my advice is take short strokes with it and u'll be fine! and maybe add some light natural fresh shimmer to your eyes to give them a fresh femenine glow!! remember makeup comes off so ask someone before you go out of the house if its too much!
