i switched computers, is there a way i can get my sims 2 data and stories on my new computer?

you'll need a direct connection or a large portable storage drive like an external harddrive or very large thumb drive. Basically you want to copy the entire "EA Games" folder from your documents on your old computer to My Documents on the new computer. Make sure you've installed all the games first though.
