John Lennon--I was always a Beatle fan, so I always had hope that they'd get back together, until he was killed. Not that they would have been just the same--just that it was very sad that they were all so close, and then it was like a divorce. I guess I wanted to see them all getting along again, more than being the "Fab Four". Also, since he had his life taken, rather than causing his own death, it seemed especially unfair.
Jim Morrison is a close second, just because I think he still had such tremendous potential.

Wow, that's a tough question. We lost so many musicians who I think still had so much music to create; Hendrix, Lennon, Joplin, Morrison. Still, I think I would bring back the man who was perhaps the most gifted interpretive musician there ever was - Jerry Garcia

i will think of of numerous, yet i'd incredibly could have :~ Robert Palmer and Sandy Denny and doubtless George Harrison and Nick Drake would pop in whilst they hear the kettle boiling! All 4 of them have been incredible singer / songwriters and performers {although Nick became very shy approximately singing in public}, and that i'd basically be involved to communicate the song business enterprise and the worldwide greater often than not with them. and because they are all British, they'd be happy to have tea with me! {although Sandy wish a drop of whisky in hers}. in case you will pronounced 'flow out for a drink with', i'd have nevertheless chosen Robert and Sandy. yet whilst it have been greater of a 'wild nighttime' out i'd have picked :~ John Bonham Keith Moon Jimi Hendrix and of direction, i'd have employed a hovercraft exceedingly for Keith tochronic us to the pub!

Well, since you're already bringing Dime back and everyone else is bringing back Jimi, I'll go with Cliff Burton. He was a badass bassist.

John Lennon. He was still creating some good tunes when he was murdered. And unlike most dead rockers, he didn't kack his own worthless carcase on drugs and alcohol.
