try things like cute accesories and hair pieces. :) you can get a lot of things at places like Claire's or the icing if you have one of those.

It depends on how strict your uniform policy is. But accessories are normally good. Pick colors that match your school colors (I'm guessing that the uniform's in school colors..) Scarves in the winter, for example, or jewelry works. Different belts and/or headbands, hairclips, etc...

This seems to be THE question these days. I would highly recommend a name necklace personalized with your own name or whatever cool message u can think of. Try the Egyptian cartouche neckalce with your name in hieroglyphic.

Yeah uniforms suck. If you can get away with it buy ballet flats or moccasins. I also like to wear a sweater jacket. Try buying your pants at Ambrecombie.
