I live in Cleveland and the it's an up and coming city but I don't understand why they wanted to come here to Ohio. They attacked New York because the World Trade Center was a very important economic building to the U.S., but Cleveland isn't economically important or anything like that.

Maybe it was because of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The archives there are irreplaceable. That loss would affect most Americans. It would not be such an economic loss as the World Trade Center and there would not be as much loss of life, but the symbolic loss would be great. Also, it is an easy target.
Maybe it was to liberate Fawaz Damra, the former imam of the Islamic Center of Cleveland, who remains in custody since 2004 for falsifiying information on immigration documents.

Honey, I don't think anyone in their right mind REALLY wants to go to Cleveland. They're crazy, they're stupid, they're terrorists. How else can you explain it???
