Does Yahoo have a dialin number I can use with a network connection to access Yahoo from places with no other computers or ISPs?

Assuming that you are with SBC,

You should be able to use any other PC and type into your browser, "SBCGLOBAL.NET", even with dial up, or whatever your ISP is.

This should get you to a site in order to sign in. With SBC, you already have Yahoo. This functions at a library.

DSL is only necessary from your own PC, or any other DSL connection. With DSL, dial up is disabled.
