and it most likely wont be either, sorry but it's true most men that have a mistress are very content to just keep it that way they may not be totally happy ay home but to men change is a scarry thing and they don't want it.I'm in love with a married man and have been for a while and I know he won't ever leave her but I love him and I don't want to give him up.We never talk about his life with her but I still think about it,and wish he would leave but I know he won't,

You are in a very messed up situation and Im sure you know in your heart that this man is full of it,if he was sincere in the first place he would never have approached you knowing that he not only had baggage but KIDS as well and him saying he's there for the kids is a crock of bull because he can be a Father to his kids without being with the Mother. He's just trying to control you and he's enjoying it ,he's having his cake while he eats his steak and if you keep falling for his bull you are depriving yourself from finding true love with a real man who will be all that this man can never be to you also even if he does DIVORCE his wife for you or any other woman he's only going to do the same thing RUN RUN as fast as you can from this man.

The man belongs to another woman, and you are nothing more than a convenience. A little fling on the side to make the marriage spicy, A Mistress!!!!! I mean, come on, get a life, a life of your own, and stop living in la-la land, thinking this man will leave his wife for you. You must really have some self esteem issues, if you continue in a situation like this, and allow someone to disrespect you and use you like that.

Not that I condone what you are doing because I think the whole thing is disgusting of the both of you, and I hope you both get caught and beat up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was involved with a married man. they had been separated for 3 yrs though before i came along. They had three children, whom I loved very much and they loved me. He ended up going back to his wife because of the kids. which is somewhat understandable. I have a three yr old but I would never get back with his father. It took me a long time to get over him and move on but I did it. They may not have their divorce yet because maybe one of them are hoping that they will get back together. It's just best not to involved with married people. You will be the most likely person to get hurt.

And he will continue to tell you that.

It is EXTREMELY rare for a married man to leave his wife for another woman.

I was in a relationship with a married man for 8 years!!! And when I think of the time I wasted, I get so angry with myself. He used to tell me how misearble he was and what a bad wife his wife was.

One day one of his friends told me that he had a loving wife, and he didn't understand why he was treating her that way.

He is looking for a little play thing on the side, once you start acting like a wife, he will leave you and go back home because they already has one.

Do yourself a favor, and find yourself a nice single guy and leave the married ones alone.

Who's to say that if you got him that he wouldn't eventually leave you for someone else?

I am involved with a married man he just happens to be my husband lol. He probably will not leave his wife and likes to string you along. What would you want with a married man he is already taken. Why would you want to be second best? He probably comes home from work and tells his wife he loves her after he had sex with you. He likes the main course but also likes the side dish that you offer. Be smart find your own man!!!

You need to run and not go back. If by some slim chance he does divorce his wife, then who's to say he won't have a girl on the side if you two are together. Once a cheat almost always a cheat.

Well, if you're hoping he'll legally divorce so you can be together, don't hold your breath.

It's not "over" until the paperwork is signed, regardless of what he says to get you into bed.

Until he has those papers signed (and ask to see them, because gods only know what else he lies about), his marriage isn't "over" and you're nothing but a bit on the side who's convenient.

Years ago I had a 7 year affair with a married man....he said the same things...supposedly they slept in separate beds, hated each other, etc....well, in those 7 years, he never left her....about 3 years later he did and ended up going back to her....it was a big lesson learned for me because when I finally found a man that I fell in complete love with, he cheated on me....so remember, what goes around comes around.....if things are THAT bad, he would have left before starting to date you....he just wants his cake and eat it too...respect yourself.

That's it??? That's nothing new! And he will continue to drag this out until either you get sick of him or he finds someone else to cheat with. The possibility is great that he won't leave his wife, ever. It's usually the wives who leave them when they find out. If you were rational about this, you would realize that you're just a passing fancy to him. Just think, if, and I mean"IF" he does leave his wife for you, who's to say he won't do the same to you in the future?
