i am a 19 year old scorpio of astrology...and a tiger of the chinese horoscope.... my DOB is 11-19-86

i know horoscopes do not accurately tell you who is most compatible with you, but i would like to narrow down my choices since alot of women around here want to date me :S

Well I know that my hubby and I arent suppose to be compatible at all. He's a virgo and I'm an aquarius. Our two horoscopes are suppose to butt heads all the time, but we have an awesome relationship. We aren't compatible in Chinese either..he's a monkey and I'm a tiger. So cant really go by the horoscopes. I mean they help you pick who you would be good with, but dont take much of it to heart because it all depends on the person and who you FALL IN LOVE with which is really all that matters.

You must look to the whole chart to see what type of people you are attracted to not just your own sun sign and the other person's sun sign.

What aspects do your Sun, Moon and Ascendant make?

The 1st house is you, your personality and appearance..
The 5th house rules love affairs.
The 7th house rules partnerships.
The 8th house rules sexuality.

What planets are in the above houses and what aspects do they make? What signs are those planets in? What sign is on the cusp of those houses? What elements (fire, earth, air & water) and qualities (cardinal, fixed & mutuable) are involved?

For a female's chart you can look to the Sun and Mars and their aspects for what types of males they are attracted to.

For a male's chart you and look to the Moon and Venus and their aspects for what types of females they are attracted to.

Any sign can be with any other sign. It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.

Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.

The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.

Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

Hmm.. I'd say gemini, virgo, or taurus. those are good mates. watch out with taurus though.. you guys are completely different from eachother. but then there's that theory of opposites attract.
