That isn't a question. There are two sides to every story. I'm not positive I wouldn't hide my daughter if my ex were ever to get unsupervised visits. But then he's such a loser the judge took away his visits, period. If you really have no secrets that you aren't telling us that the mother knows about, then I'd say hire a PI, find her , and go back to court.

Well actually you should contact your Attorney because Courts take that very serious and a child needs both parents, you can still be a Father to your child without being with the Mother best of luck I hope you are able to find your child and very soon.and enforce your court order.

Why are you posting here instead of talking to the police and a lawyer and the judge who issued the order?

Go to the law that is called kidnapping. They will find her and she can be put in jail for that. You have every right to see your kids unless you are abusive to them in any way. She is being selfish if there is no abuse going on. You are thier father no matter what and they need to be around you. Go to the police when it is your visitation time and explain what is going on.

have the police enforce the order. look for her on whitepages and zabasearch. go to child support and have them help you. go back to the courts. do have her licenses plate number or her drivers number the police can run them and get the info but they need a court order to give you the info

A father has rights...get the cops, lawyers, etc involved. If she is hiding him because you are violent (which I know you wouldn't admit if you were) then I don't blame her.

it's all on http://www.dadsdivorce.com
and by the way, I wish you'd email me about your experience. I too have a wife who abuses me. But for the sake of the kids I haven't left yet.

You do not give enough information for this question to be answered. Why she is hiding him from you? Have you given her reason to be afraid?
