If you need to ask on yahoo answers you aren't ready to open up a fish store. You need to do a lot more research. Try asking the owner of another fish store who they order from and then get into contact with them.

well my advice is post and ad by where you are located telling people you want as many tropical fish as possible cause a lot of people who move can't take their friends along and will need to sell or give them away before they move waiting for that go on the web and go to the fish care and fish food websites and ask them for food shippments and set up aquariums with warm water and put your water cemicals in so you can be ready when the fish come most fish like rocks and ordimants not only do the fish like them your customers will know and see how much you care for fish my advice though have a fish toliet and clean out the take every day if dead fish are present this is how my friends brother started a huge fish store two years later good luck

buy a store and some glass, build aquariums, then go fishing in south america and then put those fish in.
