Neither. They haven't done anything compared to Bush. Therefore, I'd say Bush is the reincarnation of Satan or is the anti-christ. Now to only prove one of those eyes are fake.

Satan is too proud to incarnate as man. He certainly woudn't do it twice! And human hate is quite sufficient to account for any muslim radical.
