I like the answer about cats having staff but I would still prefer to be a doggy cos they seem to have a much laid back attitude than cats who seem quite anxious - dogs have it right I reckon

Neither, because the Bible says the righteous will inherit eternal life with our glorified bodies . This idea of be reincarnated as an animal is totally absurd in my opinion.
