Gold ear rings or sterling silver.
Also, I recently found these plastic things that go over ear rings that have nickel in them that way you can still wear them. It covers the part where it will touch your ears. You can find them in accessories stores like Claire's boutique or what ever store you have in your area.

Target and Wal-Mart carry earring that say "nickel free" on them. There is also earring by a catalog called Simply Whispers that carry earrings and other jewelry for sensitive skin.

Gold (yellow or white), or sterling silver earrings. Be carefull, they must be stamp in the earnut or in the post a number, 14k, 18k, 750 for gold or 925 for sterling silver.

look for earing that say, "sterling silver." or "hypo allergenic. claries accesorize has that type of earing and so does cory's jewel box. i know for a fact that claires has a website. www.claires.com
