Of course I am, I like Mel Gibson, even if he did make a fool out of himself ONCE! ( Do you mean because he got a DWI, we should boycott his movies,? If that is what you are trying to say, I would like to ask if you boycott all the rap singers, movie stars, music, video, etc of all the people in the entertainment world who use drugs, alcohol, premarital and extramarital sex ? After all, if you boycott Mel Gibson for a DWI, you should also refuse to watch all the other guys too, and there isn't a whole lot of alternatives.

I didn't even go see his movie about the Christ because I don't trust interpetation of the bible to anyone except those who the bible says are the most responsible to do that. I'm not much of a movie fan anyway, except for some of those computer animated ones and even then I wait for them to come out in dvd form. The movie industry puts out movies now a days like factories put out merchandise to make a lot of money and it seems alot of them are either harmful to watch or not interesting.

Yes.

Just because I don't agree with his politics or some of his personal views doesn't mean he is not a good actor. Or that I don't want to support the studios and the other cast-members if the film is good.

Rent yeah, I never go to the movie theatre. Apocalypto looks interesting. However, Tom Cruise is another story.

Yes, he's a talented actor/director. I may not agree with his personal life but that really has nothing to do with seeing his movies.

Assuming he ever makes another I will be sure to see it. For crying out loud the man was so drunk that if you lit a match in front of his nose blue flames would shoot out. Cut the man some slack.
