I'm just remember this: it was show on tv during the 80's, so probably was made during lates 70's or early 80's. Is a mini series or movie, the scenes are this: probably london, looks like David Copperfield, one teenger is going to be hang by his crimes, and when he is brougth to the hanger he take out his shoes and give them to one if his friends. Is the story of poor kids in the streets of london probably during the 1800's.
There are also some rats fight. This guys captured rats and sell them for the fight.
