This could be weird for you.. but I get my inspiration when I'm sitting on toilet, so it's normally during the day. And at nights in bed when I'm already so sleepy.... and suddenly BOOM!! The inspirations came, and made me stay up so long *sigh*

I mostly get inspired in the evening when I am at rest and still, My mind has time to relax and reflect. But I have also gotten inspired during the day, when watching a good movie, reading a great book or just enjoying nature. i really think it all depends on what is going on at the time and who you are interacting with or listening to.

Usually when I can't do anything about it! Like I'll be inspired to go to the gym when I'm in the shower before work. Or I'll think of an idea of something I want to write while I'm at the pool. Or I'll be inspired to go on a diet while I'm eating ice cream.

I would have to agree with your answer, either early in the day or late in the evening. I have a 3 year old, my quiet time is in the morning when I have my coffee, while he is still sleeping, or at night after he has gone to bed.

In times like these....I was just sitting here about an hr. ago ,and my neighbor called....she was afraid for another niegbor...while there,her sister-in-law came over...which is very much inspiring to me, I mean just the look at her... she had so much comfort to give, so much love, until I cried... she had been so much of what i'm going through, oh she's great... very great inspiration this evening!!!!
