Don't ask him, see if he pursues you. Invite him to go out, but in a friendship type of way. Don't rush the feelings, and watch them grow. It is a wonderful thing if you are patient. Impatience is what ruins relationships to begin with. Be yourself around him and do not spoil it for him, because guys like to do the pursuing in serious relationships. For most of them, it is a TURN OFF to have an agressive girl in their life.
