Depends on a lot of things like "how old is he", and "what kinds of things is he into"? If he's still a teen and likes gaming, get him a gift certificate to a game store.

Most guys hate to have to go through that crap to start with.
Admit it is for you not him. You are just getting him something to make sure he sends you flowers at work so you can show off to your freinds. And then you want to go out to dinner and you want a romanic time dancing and mixed drinks.
Guys HATE that stuff, so if you are really wanting to do something for him. Just get him a 6 pack of beer or what ever he likes to drink and have sex with him and hand him the remote and tell him to relax.

A nice dinner that u made with candles everywhere would be nice, walk along the beach cuddleing together just spending time together, and when u get home do a lil strip tease for him lol only if u want

Anniversaries are for married people only. Your cheapening your relationship if you apply emphasis on friendships that are meant for long life, what really are you? If you have already given him what you should have given him on your wedding night, take it away until you are really married and actually have someone to be thankful for. Stop play acting.

how long have you been together. less than one year and he may or may not care. but if you know he likes something then get that you can lose.
