use professional products like Matrix sleek.look. the whole line is focused on making hair silky. they have good shampoo and chonditioner. a heat protector for curling and straightening, and a serum to make it extra silky. don't want to spend a lot? get a big bottle of Biosilk. it's a serum and you don't need to use a lot. if you try hard enough, you can look like the chicks in the commercial. everyone tells me that my hair always looks like in the commercials.

using right shampo and right conditioner for ur hair is very important. if ur hair is dry u can use a protien conditioner like egg protien.
and besides this you can use some home made hair packs before u shampoo your hair
1. take 1 egg, 1spoon olive oil, and 1spoon skimmed milk stirr all these ingredients thoroughly and apply this to your hair and leave it for 30 minutes and shampoo ur hair followed by good conditioner.
2. rub a ripe of avacado paste to ur hair and keep it for 30 minutes n shampoo ur hair.
3.having regular oil massages atleast twice a week helps ur hair to stay smooth n silky this can be done with a mixture of Olive oil, Almond oil , castor oil warm this mixture for 1 minute in a micro wave oven apply this n massage this in to ur hair n keep it for 1 hour n shampoo ur hair. besides all this having a right and healthy diet is very important for ur hair to look healthy

my friend (a hair dresser) said that most/all store bought hair shampoos are made cheap to make them available to the public. she washed my hair with a shampoo called Sleek (my hair never felt so silky!). try investing shampoos sold in salon or/and ask your styles witch is best for your hair type.

peel an avocoda and mush into a paste ..and mix with one or two eggs yolks......then put into damp hair and put a shower cap on and then wrap ur head in a towl to keep the mixture warm...wait for about 30 minutes then go in the shower and wash it off...the avocado leaves ur hair really smooth and moisturized and eggs replenish ur hair.....before getting out of the shower turn the water on to as cold as u can stand it and rinse ur hair with the very cold water....the cold water seals in the natural shine of the hair so its shiny all day

Maybe you have a normally coarse texture.
The best you can do is wash & shampoo with good products to smooth hair.
Then go to Sally's Beauty and get "Straight Shot" it's a wonderful product for smoothing and only is about $5.00
