The horn is also not working....

low voltage.. check your battery connections see if they are all cluttered up with corrision if not possibly bad battery look for a eye on the battery green means good black means bad but not always accurate if there is no corrision on battery terminals have your battery checked by local mechanic a good mechanic will check it for free also check to see if the connectors are tight in not tighten them up as for the horn check the fuse and the connections on the horn that may require a mechanics help if not the fuse good luck

Well, maybe your alternator is starting to go bad. The horn is on a seperate circuit than the lights. SO who knows. Could be a fuse, bad horn, wire, or button on the steering wheel.

Are you going thru dark spots,if so then it probably has automatic lights...IDK about the horn

Sounds like your alternator is going out and not charging.
