In addition to your labor and time costs, at least 60 cents per mile. You need to consider your insurance costs, your gas and oil costs, your maintenance and repair costs, the interest you are paying on the truck as part of your payments, and the original cost of the truck.

It should be part of the negotiated contract. Last time I had to use this, the going rate for business usage of a car was 39c per mile. That was a couple years ago, though, and isn't a "hauling" rate. Check with the IRS on what you can deduct for business usage. That's usually a good guideline.

Keep track of your mileage while you're on the job from point A to point B. You get $.32 a mile. Also keep track of your gas receipts and any and all maintenance like replacing parts , fluid changes so you can claim this on your tax return.
