i ask because a friend of mine had hers taken over and the person who took it over sent me a virus, and dont tell me it was just the virus talking because he/she had a conversation with me before sending the virus, and i'm sure it wasn't my friend

Yes its possible and the password does not need to be given out. For this to occur. The virus is away go getting access. If she is a paid subscriber to aol then she got picked for that reason. AOL has a big target on there head that says hack me please. Just like Mcafee and Microsoft if you want status in hacking you take on one of those companys first.

i ask your self each of the time. I actually have a negative self image yet i recognize there are a large type of persons i imagine are pleasing which have negative self pictures to. i could favor to work out what i seem as if from yet another attitude.

if she accidentally gave someone her password or they found it out, then it could have been taken over. but that doesn't happen very often.
