take a deep breath. i know i did after seeing this. but approach her just dont go up to her and throw it at her. you may end up in an argument. research it and go at her with the bad side effects. use irony to get at her. but if its worth losing her as a friend then maybe to her she doesn't respect your friendship. you need the luck. so good luck. prayer helps.

If you actually do know that she is on heroin then the best thing to do is to just confront her. Let her know that you care what happens to her and that you don't want to see her flush her life down the toilet. Offer to help her anyway that you can.
However, as an addict, she will probably lie to you and try to manipulate you in order to get you off her back. Make sure that she knows that you aren't buying her lies and that you are going to continue to try to get her to get help.
Also, the drug equivalent of Alanon might be a good place for you to start so that you know how to best handle this situation. You can only do so much to make somebody see that they are destroying themselves. Denial is a powerful self-deception.

Tell her but don't judge her because you have already lost her try to get her back. she might not want to come back. Its hard but if they don't want help there is nothing you can do for them. but do not give her money or make it easy for her to get drugs. take care of yourself.
