Take either Midol or Motrin IB (the 200 mg ones)
Use a hot water bottle/heating pad
and last but not least - a carton of Haagen Dazs ice cream!
Feel better sweetie :)

Next to Ibuprofen, and Advil try this:
Go lay down on your back. Now, stretch your toes out open as wide as you can. Hold for about 10 seconds.
Now, ball your feet up into feet fists. Hold this for about 10 seconds.
Repeat and open your toes for 10 and the ball you feet up for 10.
Repeat 1 more time.
You shouldn't need to do again becaue the cramps should be subsiding at this point.
If not, repeat one more time.

Lay at one end of the couch with the remote at hand. Then prop your feet up (above your heart) on a few pillows. Take midol. Then get a damp washcloth and heat it in the microwave unti it is warm. Then put it on your lower tummy. Hope you feel better soon!

Cramps are a nightmare, advil, midol will work if its minor. if they are bad go see a doctor. One option that I know that works and it is not that nice to discuss is giving yourself an orgasm, any release of blood build up will work

Go to sleep. Trust me. When you wake up it'll be over. You'll fine that you can sleep a lot better when you are cramping.

If you are sexually active, sometimes that helps! Otherwise, take Midol, maybe take a walk (if you don't hurt too bad,) and use a heating pad!

I get them horribly! I did not believe it but walking around a few blocks helped ease the pain, not to mention take some ibu. or something, but when that has not kicked in try the exercise thing. It does help! I was always told drinking alot of water helped too, but I dunno.
