Let's start here - Have your friend send you an email w/o the attachement. If you're getting nothing, it sounds like she may be mispelling your email address.

Also, some providers limit the size of attachements. So it could be cox.net limiting what size she can send, or it could be your provider limiting what you can receive. In any of the above cases she should be getting an email back from one of the providers explaining their limits or her mispelling.

One other thought: depending on the email client, there can be a difference between 'send' and 'put in outbox'.

Another poster does bring a valid point: some email clients will assume that an attachement of any appreciable size is spam, and put it in your jumk email folder. This would result in no error messages for your friend. And leave you with the illusion of not getting it. (reality is, you did, you're just not looking in the right place.)

Hope this helps!

Try adding her e-mail address to your "ok" list (forgot what it's called) and see if that doesnt work. If that doesn't work I'd (do you have a HP computer?) if so you can get on a chat with them through the computer (just put "HPchat" in your search and it should come up) and you can chat directly with them and they'll help you.
Hope that helps.
