There is no way to make them bigger. You are only 13 years old and you are not done developing. Trust me, right now, you should thank your lucky stars that they are small, cause when you get older and you have lug around a DD cup, you're gonna wish they were smaller.
And any kind of product that claims to give you bigger boobs, like Bloussant or those other pills and gels don't work, and they can actually make you sick or worse yet, kill you. Those products have not been tested by the FDA, and their claims are unsubstantiated.

What you can do - wait a few years. You're probably a late bloomer, and the bosoms you desire will come to you soon enough. In the meantime, enjoy being able to go braless without being in pain - you'll miss that once your chest grows in!

Just wait until you grow up! If God gave you big boobs then you will have big boobs. Just have a lot of confidence in yourself and that will help you have a better image of yourself!

So what if some girls have bigger... many have smaller, be thankful for what you have and be happy! I pray that you do NOT get implants, they are NOT worth the risk and besides, they look TERRIBLE!!
