Will the world come to an end without Africa smiling like other continents, that’s being the last laughter?

“Those who laugh last laughs best” it's an old proverb. Then the question "Will the world come to an end without Africa smiling like other continents of the world? e.g. "Europe, Australia, America precisely United States & even Asia of yesteryears & now the former communist states from eastern Europe". Or in other words Africa being the last to laugh by making some imparts economic wise. Improve their socio-economic behavior and end all these cracks around its borders so as to make the recovery that could bring to an end the current economic shenanigans (underdevelopment): Disease, hunger, abject poverty and tribalism, dictatorship, corruption and mismanagement

Believe me or not, but AFRICA IS THE FUTURE. Why do I say so, well they will actually have to invent ways of livelihoods that are sustainable since the environmental damage done by everybody else, and the scarcity of resources by the time Africans start demanding more steel, gold, copper, bauxite and oil of all materials (the curse of natural resource dependency), it will be so scarce they will invent new ways of life that won't impact so much on using those very resources. One african said to me that the Internet is like the God's gift to Africa, since it makes things so much simpler to those who have access, look at how Rwanda is making good progress in eGovernment now.

Take my word, in 50 years there will be immigrants flowing to Africa, and they will pay high rents for the privilege of being able to settle in areas where air is fresh and food is healthy. Long live Africa!!

AIDS won't kill Africa, though it looks to be worse than the plague in medieval Europe in Southern Africa, which was torn apart by colonisation and the breaking down of traditional African society, West Africa, which is poorer on the GDP count, is faring better with the HIV-AIDS pandemic, since they have the chieftancy and extended family structures still in place.

Don't think many Africans's aren't smiling. Africa certainly is the last continent to develop out of poverty, poor health, disease and so on, but I still think many rural Africans live a better life than the urban dwellers in Indian or Latin American maga cities. Just watch the series 'tribes' on BBC currently, the traditional Ethiopian ways of Life must beat new urban dwellers, though it's simple they drink coffee, farm the land and live to see an old age. Population density in Africa is nowhere nearly what it places like Europe and India, though populations in Nigeria and Ethiopia are growing fast towards overpopulation which should send some alarm bells across the political leadership of some parts of Africa, not least their neighbours!!

It is highly possible that when the smoke clears that the AU (African Union) may be the only socioeconomic political system still standing. From the cradle of civilization, from the ashes of the Northern Hemisphere they may be the last humans standing. Their relative, and abject poverty, may indeed be their salvation. Wouldn't that be universal irony?

God blesses some and not others. Why? We can only wonder. Nobody knows the mind of God. There is certainly no promise I know of that says any region will rise to the top. There is a promise to God's chosen people to excell. There is a promise to bless them that bless the chosen people and curse those who curse them. God's chosen people are the Children of Israel. Israel was a person. His former name was Jacob. He was the son of Isaac who was the son of Abraham a Hebrew out of the land of Ur. I, as a Christian, am grafted in the line of the chosen people. Africa should turn to Jesus Christ and he will give them salvation in the life to come and in this life. If you haven't done this yourself, simply ask God to forgive you and put all your sins on the Cross. Try it right now.

'Africa is the future'? How? Most of the Africans will probably die from AIDs and starvation, and then, whats left of Africans will be forced to immigrate. Then, somehow, we will have to quarintine africa. HOW IS AFRICA THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD WHEN THEY PROBABLY DON'T HAVE ONE THEMSELVES?!

I will admit the southern part is better then the rest but the AIDS and war fare might spread.
