Oh Crap!Man Boobs!?

Does anybody have advice on how to get rid of man boobs without the use of any excersize equipment or anything. if possible please if you have gotten rid of them and your excersize worked please write in ur sources that you had boobs b4.thanks in advance~

the only way of getting ride of it is a breast reduction surgery and im very serious. guys get it all the time dont be ashamed but thats the only way to get ride of it. becasue thats tissue and you cant burn tissue off so my advice to you is go visit a plastic surgeon. but how old are you? if you are still young wait until you are older

How old are you honey? My son went through a brief period at around 10 or 11 where even though he was not really fat he got little "man boobs," because he was getting his puberty weight without any height yet. If you aren't active, then get active. That's the best way. You don't need exercise equipment, just find something active that you like to do and do it. My son liked to swim so he joined the neighborhood swim team and the training he did several days a week really made a difference in just one summer.
Once he grew taller his "man boobs" went away.
