Question on pregnancy....?

I know im probably pregnant, i feel the same way when i knew i was pregnant with my first, but my period would come in like a week. Is there anyway to know before then?

If you still have a week to go before your expected period a blood test WOULD show if you are pregnant or not, BUT most doctors won't order one unless there is some medical reason (ie your sick and you want to take medication that would be unsafe for your baby), an over the counter test (like EPT) MIGHT show positive results, but if it doesn't that doesn't mean you are NOT pregnant. I'm afraid you might just have to sit a wait a week, believe me if you ARE you'll know it soon enough, a week isn't that long... although if you told me that when I was waiting to find out I was pregnant I wouldn't believe you... when I got pregnant the 3 time (after one baby and one miscarriage), I knew when I ovulated, and purposely had sex (I said Honey, I'm ovulating let's go have sex... we were trying to get as close to ovulation as possible to increase the likeihood that we would have a boy, we already had a girl and I wanted one of each, and my husband just wanted a boy)... it was an AGONIZING next two weeks before I found out I WAS pregnant (and now I have a son who is a year and a half)... it was funny the first week of waiting I was going to BURST with excitement waiting... by the time it came (actually the day before I was supposed to have my period, I work like clockwork, so I KNEW when my period would come) I felt a little bit nauseous, and I thought, this is weird... I had completely forgotten what I was waiting for, and now that it was TIME, I was nervous and scare TO be pregnant. I took the test (the same day I felt nauseous) and a FAINT line appeared... and since it was faint I retook 3 days later, and there was NO doubt... waiting those three days was hard too... see when I miscarried the first time I took the pregnancy test the line was faint, a couple days later I took it again, and the line was faint... so I went in to get tested by the doctor, who told me I WAS pregnant, I miscarried three weeks later, so when my first test (3rd pregnancy) came out faint it scared me, when the second one came out STRONG, it made me feel a LOT better... I'm hoping by making this answer so long, it helps pass the time by that you still have to wait to find out... lol! Just kidding! But if you suspect you are, then you probably are, especially if you have something other than just a hunch to back it up (like feeling the same way last time you were pregnant). Treat yourself like you are (no alcohol, watch what you eat, take your vitamins etc). And good luck, waiting a week to find out you are pregnant is nothing compared to the wait you have before you get to MEET your baby! (but you already know that)

In a week, if your period hasn't come, take a test.

No need to be nasty and call people idiots. There really is no way for you to know before your missed period, at which point you pee on a stick. We don't have magical powers here to tell you if you're pregnant. Taking a test is the ONLY sure way for you to find out.

they have tests now that can tell up to 4 days before your missed peroid try one of those!
