I asked that same question here about a month ago and had one response and they told me to "look it up" because they were afraid Yahoo would block them from using Q&A if they said. I've written Yahoo a few times with no response. Call your public library and ask them. They can look it up for you in their business directory (corporations).
Otherwise there are support people to answer your questions (see the bottom of the page for the word "contact") or other people who can solve your questions. Just ask

Good luck in contacting them directly. Even clicking on "Help" won't work. Just takes you to a Q/A forum. It seems that they've insulated themselves from the masses.
