Did you kill somebody on a boat? Or did you just get a nosebleed? I don't want to be charged with aiding and abetting a murderer...

I'm assuming that this does not make me an accessory after the fact. That it's fish blood.
Try a mixture of Arm and Hammer laundry detergent and white vinegar. Wipe the blood up with that. Pour on more vinegar and let it sit there until you can get some foam carpet cleaner. Spray that on and leave it for awhile. If that doesn't remove the stain, try Bravo stain remover.
This will not defeat the forensic experts, and isn't intended to.

It really isn't worth trying to get it out. Your best bet is to cut her neck open and make the rest match. You'll find a greater sense of satisfaction this way and your carpet will match.

I DO hope this is blood from fish. Try Stain Devils #5 for Blood and Milk, available at the grocery store.
