Just wanted to thank you for the points...but points mean nothing when they're not deserved. Just thought I'd answer this last question....ITALY WON THE WORLD CUP ON MY BIRTHDAY IN 1982....and this year it was a few days after my birthday and was the best birthday gift i could of ever asked for!!

Apparently, the Miami Dolphins won the AFC football championship on January 12th, 1986.
So...yeah, nothing interesting happened on my birthday in the sports world. However, Argentina became World Cup champion in June of that year, so it wasn't a total waste. XD

26/05/1983 - LA Lakers set NBA playoff game record of fewest free throws also i know manchester united won the FA Cup in a replay aginst Brighton 4-0 and on my 16th birthday wierdly manchester United beat Bayern Munich 2-1 in the Champions league final.

Oh, my... none of the events are related to football/soccer. Well, since I like hockey too (being Canadian =D), it says there that the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Montreal Canadiens . I'm assuming that's when the Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup tournament.
