I took my bike down a slide and racked myself pretty good.

The lid of a square water meter thing on the ground was off, and I was running. My leg went right in the hole and up against the concrete (or maybe it was metal) edge. It peeled the skin off from my shin all the way up to my knee. At the top all the skin was just hanging there like a long strip but scrunched up. I screamed and screamed. My sister ran home and got my mom. I still remember how BAD that hurt!

I was trying to catch a basket ball in the school playground once. They use to have those basket ball hopps with holes on several sides so it could come out of any of the holes and it shot out really fast and hit me on the head hard.
Another time I went into this tire jungle gym thing and there was a wasp nest in there so I spent a -long- time running around and being chased by them...
But I did a lot of ..inventive things at the playground before and I never really ever got injured very badly!

A Swing in the chin got thrown about 3 meters from the impact
had a scar for 2 years and hurt like a SOB

I was 3 and we were camping. I was at the playground and on the jungle gym all the way at the top. I was hanging upside down and then fell and got a bloody nose. I don't remember it though, but I do know that they took out that jungle gym a few years later. Then they took out the merry-go-round. I'm surprised they haven't taken out the slide yet.

I too fell of my bike but I was riding down a hill & I didn't know how to use the breaks at the time, so I had to throw myself off the bike or crash into a car, but I preferred to throw myself :(

I was riding my bike in the parking lot and hit one of the cement thingies in the parking spaces...flipped off my bike, got gravel stuck in my palms, tore open my chin, and cracked my front tooth. I was crying more cause I knew my dad would kick my *ss for the scratch the bike got.

When I was seven I was running in the park and it started raining very hard I slip and and slid into the water fountain and broke a tooth and I bust my lip but now I am fine as ever you never would have known that it happen to me. Thanks for bringing back F@#*ed up memories. LOL

I fell of a fireman's pole and hit my head on the playground structure and ended up with 35 stitches in the back of my head from the gash on my head and man my shirt was covered in blood and I had a raging headache

I climed to the top of the slide, and I jumped off, I always did that. But one time, it went alittle differently. After I jumped off the slide, aliitle boy, ran acroos my path, and I laned on him! His mom was then yelling at me, but I was like, he was the one who got in the way. The little boy was not even hurt, but my pride was...i was embaressed.

Climbing on the moon-dome (a medium sized dome made up of metal bars), slipping when I reached the top and knocking my skull against one of the bars, then landing on my head when I slammed into the ground. Holy crap did that hurt!
