Walmart is smart... India will graduate over three millions engineers this year. By the way, when you call Dell to get computer help, your call is taken in India!

Are you asking for Yahoo answerers to do your homework for you?

India is, what, the second-most-populous country in the world? That means there are hundreds of millions of potential customers there. You don't need all of them -- or even most of them -- to shop at an Indian Wal-Mart to make it successful. And Wal-Mart has shown a great deal of success adapting to non-U.S. cultures and growing its business internationally, so I'd say they have nowhere to go but up if they plan and execute the expansion carefully.
