Well how can he stop you from masturbating? That is a pretty stupid question to begin with if you actually analyze what you said. Lets study the real issue.

"I caught him more than once ." That is a problem between you and your son.....either he is careless or you are a peeping tom who gives him no privacy.

There are no real danger associated with masturbation.

If the first premise is true, you need to talk to him and let him know that masturbation is a normal part of human sexuality! But, there are guidelines and that he ought do that in private.

If the later is true you need to give him his space and knock before entering his room.

uh you probably don't want to stop him and you may want to figure out how to apologize and also try to give him some privacy. He needs to know from you there is nothing wrong with what he is doing, as long as he understands this type of activity must be done in private. There are no risk of mastrubating even if it is frequently at 13 mastrubating is a perfectly normal way for an adolescent to release sexual tension or to get rid of an unwanted erection that cannot be willed away. Hope this helps Good Luck and go easy on him he has not done anything wrong hope you don't make him feel that way.

You haven't to catch him.... it's wrong and bad!
Masturbation is a normal event especially during the adolescence, and with the age and stable relation should decrease till vanish slowly. There is no risk, otherwise we all should have problem!
On the contrary, scientists says that a regular sexual life (mastu*bation too) helps the reproductive system to keep healthy, increasing the performance (libido) too.
Somebody even plays more time in a day and there’s no correlation with illnesses.
In my opinion gets more risk your behaviour than the simple masturbation!

I wouldn't stop him..that's about the age that boys learn about that kind of stuff. A better thing to do would be to educate him about safe sex-only when it is the right time, and let him know it's ok to masturbate. If you punish him or make him stop he will just think it's wrong and become scared of that and probably later sex too..if that doesn't work for you, just tell him he will go blind if he keeps doing it and hair will grow on his palms.. :0)

There are no risks, as long as he doesn't do it in public.

Why would you want too, you would cause him more harm if you tried to stop him from masturbating. I think you need to go to a family therapist, your son is doing what comes normal to him, the therapist will help you understand why men and boys masturbate.

Masturbating does NOT make you Gay....

Good Luck

No need to stop him. Masturbation is normal and a very healthy practice. You need to talk to him about privacy however and you need to stop invading your son's privacy. As for risks there are non.

There are no risks, just talk to him about it and tell him that he should do it in a more prudent place and time.

And take this for example, if you're learning to drive you have to know well cars before hitting the freeway, its the same with sex.

Why would you want to stop him, it's totally normal and there are no risks. If anything give him some space and always knock before you enter his room.
