Card b has the numbers of card a multiplied by two.

16/2/12 is the 8/1/6 multiplied by two
6/10/14 is (3/5/7)*2
and 8/18/4 is (4/9/2)*2

The sets in B are twice the sets in A, 4/9/2 - 8/18/4 etc.
