She asked me (in txt) why people always hurt you. We are meeting up tomorow and we will talk bout it. What should I do/say?

Everyone gets hurt.
She'll heal soon enough.
Tell her not to ever blame herself!
Encourage her to get involved in new things. By doing so she will have so many friends and so much to do, she'll be surprised that she thought of herself as lost
Try not to dwell too much on what didn't happen or what could have happened to her. Try to help her to focus on what she can do to make herself happy.
Take one step at a time.
Getting angry or trying to harm herself in any way -- not eating, drinking or smoking excessively, etc -- will not help at all. .
Help her to accept that her pain won't go overnight.
Remind her that she has people like you who support her.
Healing will follow automatically.

Tell your friend that it's okay to feel hurt, and that sometimes the best thing to do is to ignore it.

just tell her the true thing tell her all of it because you never know she can solve all your problems in life or probably just tell her most of it if you don't know her that well and as you get to know her tell her what she wants to hear why do you be getting your feelings crush all the time just be you and tell the true

Ask her how she is doing,and whats wrong!Let her know how much you care about her feelings and go from there!

Just listen to her....don't share your story, don't comment on hers...just listen. Hug her, too. Don't try to cheer her up too soon, either. Whatever it is needs to pass.

Because they truely don't care about her feelings and or her period! Tell her don't rush into things, just let them play into part!!

listen to her and try to help her... my best guy friend is always there to help... and he usually knows what to say. u just gotta listen

Just be there for her she just wants to talk. just listen to her I don't think she expects and answer.
