You don't say what the pine pitch is on, but since this is the auto forum, I'll assume that it is on the paint of your car. I would use WD-40. Liberally. Then rub off with a rag. Bug & Tar remover will also work.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TURPENTINE, NAIL POLISH REMOVER, OR SOLVENTS as they may well remove your paint right along with the sap.
