at times both...in fact, it is being scared that is often what is exciting about losing control...sometimes it is even more exciting to voluntarily surrender control to another.;)

Depending on what it is....
It usually excites me, but if it's losing control of my life then it scares me.

I do not like being out of control, it scares me..you can do a lot of damage when you do things by losing control of yourself
