depending on how far down the clog is.. you can first put on some gloves and use a hanger or wire and dig out the hair that builds up in the drain .. you be surprised how much hair builds up in tub and sink drains ..
if that dont work and drano dont work then the problem is to deep to get too and you will need to call in a plumber..
good luck..

Get a plumber's snake. The ones in the drum are preferred and sell for about $20 at the home center. Remove the trip plate (that chrome lever from the tub), and feed the snake in that. When you feel resistance, leave about six inches of cable out and tighten the thumbscrew. Crank the drum until you get all of the line in the drain. Repeat this process until you've got about ten feet of cable into the drain or the drain clears. You can add water to the tub to make sure you hit the clog. The water will drain out when you hit it. Hope this helps.

Most probably hair. Take a drill with about a 3/8" bit on it with as much sticking out as possible.
Run the bit down the inside of the drain, touching the sides, but don't push it down to where it stops. The twist of the drill will grab all the hair.

you probably got a hair and other gunk clogging up the pipe.i would first yake off the little cover to the drain, its usaully just one screw.use the screwdriver to try and get to it.if you have a basement,as opposed to a crawlspace, then you have easy access to the trap.the drainpipe has a U shape to it befor it enters the main drain.on the bottom of the U there is a plug.this needs to be removed and the trap cleaned out.wear rubber gloves.if this fails you can snake the pipe.you may have to rent this item from a tool rental co.if not call a plumber.i think cleaning under the drain cover and the trap will solve your problem.good luck

Lye. Just be careful with that stuff its very potent. Its sold and Lowes & other hardware stores. If plungers or openers don't work invest in a drain snake. Walmart sells them now. They can be used to clean out dryer vents also which makes them a plus.

this may sound silly but it has worked for me several times and you have nothing to lose trying it before you call a plumber. Bring a garden hose in and hold it tight to the drain with a rag and have someone turn it on for a minute or two

I have hair to my waist- the best way I have found, is to remove the cover- and pull out all the hair. It is as gross as is sounds- but it works the best. The cover can ususally come off with screwdriver.
Good Luck!
