I got my t-shirt signed with a black Sharpie, and I know after a bunch of washes, it'll fade (or run?). Someone please let me know how I can get the autograph to last longer (ex: soak in cold water? put in dryer?)

I would hand wash it in something mild, baking soda. Woolite. and hang dry...I would not put it in the dryer

why would you want to wear it ? hang it up in a poster frame , either the sun , your body oils or , washing it will fade it eventually no matter what you put on it to try to preserve it . also some of this stuff stains the material .
